Child and Adolescent Therapy

Overview

Child Therapy

Treatment aimed for children from 4 to 12. Clinicians meet with clients for 30-45 minute, in-person sessions. Common presenting concerns include anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Clinicians are experienced in treating individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Adolescent Therapy

Treatment aimed for teens from 13 to 17. Clinicians meet with clients for 45-minute sessions. Treatment is offered both in-person and via telehealth. Presenting concerns can include anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and loss. Common themes include self-esteem / body image and identity exploration.

Collaboration

Clinicians will collaborate with parents / caretakers to better understand client presenting issues and determine aims for treatment. Clinicians will schedule collateral calls with caretakers and other supports (e.g. school counselors, occupational therapists) throughout treatment process.
